Limited Lifetime Warranty

Thank you for your interest in the products from Blue Knight Tactical Solutions. This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies to holsters and other kydex accessories purchased from Blue Knight Tactical Solutions LLC, or an authorized dealer.  What does this limited lifetime warranty cover? This Limited Lifetime Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Blue Knight Tactical Solutions will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. What will we do to correct problems? Blue Knight Tactical Solutions will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts. How long does the coverage last? The Warranty Period for holsters purchased from Blue Knight Tactical Solutions is a limited lifetime. A replacement assumes the remaining warranty of the original holster from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer. What does this limited lifetime warranty not cover? This Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by: ● conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship and it does not cover normal wear and tear on the holster.  What do you have to do? To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping


We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.  


When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.  Shipping will be completed through FedEx, UPS, or USPS.  Items will be shipped within 3-5 business days of placing the order.
