CHP Shoulder Patch with Velcro

Thise are emroidered CHP shoulder patch normally used for the CHP Uniform.  This patch has velcro sewn to the back and is ready to be used.  It can be placed on turtle gear for civil disturbance responce or on a bag.  This item is for officers only.  Department ID will be requested to confirm employment and avoid selling to impersonators.
